Senior Project day 3
Today I woke up and enjoyed some breakfast in the sun. I decided not to go into campus today and work in the studio and just focus on working at home. I painted some more in our sunroom, and then took out a box that I have been storing my watercolors in since sophomore year, when I first started getting really into watercolor when we were quarantined for that spring term. I went through all of them with my sister and mom, and we decided which ones we might want to make prints of. The printer is not scheduled to get here until May 13th, so while we wait we figured we could get everything ready to go. After we sorted through everything, I put the ones we wanted to make prints of into a small bag to protect them. After we did that, I painted for a little while longer, experimenting with more abstract work than I usually do, which was a fun change. Today my mom and I also reached out to Taylor Cullen, a Proctor alum who owns a small business. We might be able to talk to her on Friday and just ask her some general questions about her business.
Not too many new pictures today, but here's Artie helping me sort through some of my work :)
Today's hours:
9:30 am to 10:30 am: painting
2:00 pm to 4:00 pm: sorting through prints, painting, and getting in touch with Taylor Cullen
9:30 pm to 10:00 pm: working on paper
Day 3 total hours: 4 hours, 30 minutes
Senior project total hours: 15 hours, 30 minutes

Good work, Brynne! (I love your business name! So cute!)
